Role: Sr. Systems Analyst

Job Description:
Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing systems. Provide support in all aspects of the design, mapping, development and testing of data movement for a data warehouse environment, with emphasis on the Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) process. Create, execute and document unit test plans based on system and validation requirements. Ensure performance metrics are defined, met and tracked. Develop ETL source and target mapping design/specifications based on business requirements, ETL standards and architecture. Design and execute testing of ETL designs to ensure the data warehouse system runs smoothly and is accurate. Create automated reusable processes to profile data using IDE (Informatica Data Explorer) to resolve inconsistencies in data document the findings. Define and ensure compliance to standards and best practices for development including change management, release management, & source code control. Evaluate and seek solutions to production issues. Develop complex mapping with SCD Type-I, Type-II, Type-III in Informatica to load data from various sources. Create reusable transformations and mapplets and use them in mappings. Will work in unanticipated locations.
Minimal Qualification Required:
MS in Comp Sci, Engr, or related and 1 year experience or BS in Comp Sci, Engr, or related and 5 years progressive exp.

Job Description:
Research, design, & develop computer applications software & specialized utility programs. Conduct complex systems analysis, tracking metrics, and recommend changes in processes, policies and procedures. Troubleshoot reported problems pertaining to reports and the reporting database environment. Provide mentoring, guidance and troubleshooting to analysis team members in solving complex reporting and analytical problems, developing business intelligence reports and conducting analysis. Identify the causes and design of issues or develop an approach for resolution. Transform data into actionable and tailored information visualizations. Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements collection, solution development, and proposed solutions. Design system specifications, standards, and programming. Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, clear code and appropriate metrics. Utilize SAP R/3 ECC, SAP B/W, SAP BEx, SAP Business Objects, SAP ABAP, SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, and Crystal Reports. Will work in unanticipated locations

Understand client operations and engineering processes to optimize setup, product maintenance, production planning and build processes. Conduct root cause analysis for high priority issues and system checks as needed. Perform production support and Go Live activities. Perform unit testing, integration, and regression testing. Integrate BPC with open source software, BPC Admin Console, and HANA Studio. Create reports and configure in EPM. Will work in unanticipated locations.
Minimal Qualification Required:
Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related and 1 year of experience or Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or related and 5 years progressive experience.
